Prince of Wales PAC is requesting our parents and alumni to please consider donating to the Graduation Fund. We are also hosting fundraising activities to help our graduating class cover the cost of their Graduation Dinner & Dance. We are auctioning Microsoft products including Xbox video games, Microsoft 365 Business Standard,The Batman SteelBook (4K Ultra HD Combo) (2022) and more!
Dear Parents and Guardians of the Graduating Class of 2022,
We are excited to be able to celebrate graduation with the traditional Dinner & Dance that is so beloved by students and families for the first time since 2019!
The PROM Graduation Dinner & Dance will be on Saturday, June 18th, 2022 at the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver from 6:00pm to 12:00am and promises to be an unforgettable event for our graduates. We will be hosting an option reception for the parents starting at 4:00pm – 6:00pm in the foyer outside of the ballroom to take photos before the buffet dinner is served.
PAC has been very generous in helping to fund part of the buffet dinner so that the PROM ticket price has a reduced price for our graduates. The graduates have a few extra things on their wish list to make their PROM extra special.
As a grad parent, donating to the PROM is a simple way to help. It also offers an opportunity to receive a tax receipt for your donation to the event. This donation opportunity will start now and go until MAY 16th, so that it will give us time to prepare and purchase what we need.
Please consider donating to honour your graduate and the entire Prince of Wales class of 2022.
The funds raised will contribute to many aspects of the Grad event which may include:

Special souvenir gifts for our graduates

Extra yummy snacks for later in the evening

Photo backdrop for pictures

Hors d’oeuvres at the parent reception

Disco ball for the dance party

Choose from a list of donation amounts or enter your own specific amount.

Choose Fund Destination and select S-PRINCE OF WALES PAC from the drop-down menu.

To ensure your donation is applied to your student’s event, fill in the Message box under the section Message to School Board with: Grad Donation 2022 – Grad Dinner/Dance Sponsorship

Click “Add to Cart”.

Review the information and click “Continue” if everything is correct.

You will be prompted to sign in. (If you don’t have a School Cash Online account, then click on “Click here to register now” and follow the steps to complete the registration process or simply click on “Continue as guest” and checkout via VISA or Mastercard).

Once you have logged in, you can complete your payment using your credit card.

After the payment has been processed, a tax receipt will appear on screen for printing. You will also receive a receipt in your email.
